The case of a 12-year-old girl with Jaffé-Lichtenstein-Uehlinger syndrome is presented. A bone scan pattern exhibits clinical symptoms, X ray images and histological findings are described in a case of polyostotic form of the fibrous dysplasia. A biopsywith histology was performed in consideration of bone scan findings a confirmed final diagnosis

V práci prezentován případ 12leté divky s Jaffé-Lichtenstein-Uehlinger syndromem. Patologický nález na kostním scanu upřesňuje lokalizaci klinických obtíží, rtg vyšetření a histologické nálezy popisují polyostotickou formu fibrózní dysplasie. Provedená cílená biopsie s histologickým vyšetřením podle nálezů kostní scintigrafie potrvzuje konečnou diagnózu
