Evidence for daily rhythms of the expression of proopiomelanocortin, interleukin-1-beta and interleukin-6 in adenopituitaries of male long-evans rats: effect of adjuvant arthritis
Original language description
Our results show a regulatory relationship between circulating corticosterone and the expression of POMC, IL-1-beta, IL-6 in adenopituitaries of normal Long Evans rats. Arthritis induced a suppression of IL-1-beta mRNA and activation of IL-6 mRNA in adenopituitaries during 24-h cycle suggesting a different regulatory pathway for these interleukins.
Czech name
Denní rytmy v expresi proopiomelanokortinu, interleukinu-1-beta a interleukinu-6 v adenohypofyze potkanů Long Evans: vliv adjuvantní artritidy
Czech description
Naše výsledky poukazují na regulační vztah cirkulujícího kortikosteronu a expresí POMC, IL-1-beta, IL-6 v adenohypofyze normálních potkanů long Evans. U zvířat s adjuvantní artritidou došlo k inhibici tvorby IL-1-beta mRNA a k zvýšené tvorbě IL-6 mRNA, co naznačuje různé regulační dráhy pro aktivaci tvorby sledovaných prozápalových cytokinů.
