Amino acid´s analysis by capillary electrophoresis with contactless conductivity detection for clinical purposes
Original language description
Combination of the high efficient capillary electrophoretic separation and the sensitive contactless conductivity detection is very effective tool for amino acids analysis in clinical samples. The developed procedure is rapid with low demands on sample preparation. The high sensitivity of procedure with limit of detections at the micromolar level enables the direct determination of amino acids in biological fluids without the need of sample preconcentration.
