The effect of MK-801, NMDA receptor blocker, on the hippocampal LTP in Lurcher mutant mice
Original language description
Block of NMDA receptor type impaired amplitudes of evoked responses in both groups (ie. Lurchers and wild type), LTP ability in Lurchers was significantly lower than in wild type mice.
Czech name
Účinek MK-801, blokátoru NMDA receptoru, na hipokampální LTP u mutantních myší typu Lurcher
Czech description
Blokáda NMDA receptoru oslabila amplitudy vyvolaných odpovědí u obou skupin (mutantních i zdravých): schopnost LTP byla signifikantně nižší u mutantů typu Lurcher než u zdravých kontrol (wild).
