We studied association between adducin genes and arterial properties brachial diameter was urger, while brachial distensibivity and compliance were lower in ADD3 AA than ADD3 66 homozygotes in multiple-gene analyses, these associations were present onlyin ADD 1 GLYGLY homozygotes.
