29 non astmatic adult patients with seasonal allergic rhinitis underwent measurement of exhaled leukotrienes in the breath condensate during and after the pollan season. Levels of leukotrienes were higher in patients than in healthy controls in the season and decreased after the pollan season.

Czech description
Koncentrace leukotrienů byly změřeny technikou plynové chromatografie s hmotnostní detekcí u nemocných se sezónní alergickou rýmou v pylové sezóně a po jejím skončení a srovnány s hodnotami u zdravých osob. Exhalované leukotrieny byly zvýšeny u nemocnýchv pylové sezóně ve srovnání s kontrolami a snížily se po sezóně.
