The article summarises the subanalysis of results of adjuvant administration of donepezil in schizophrenic patients stabilized on risperidone. Analysis is a part of double-blind randomized study 'Donepezil as an adjunctive treatment of cognitive dysfunction in schizophrenia'. Cognitive performance was found in negative correlations with the length of the illness, the age, negative symsptoms, and with the number of hospitalizations. Pozitive correlation was found with the length of education. We did notfind any demographic or psychopathological characteristics related to response to donepezil.

Článek shrnuje výsledky subanalýzy výsledků augmentačního podání donepezilu ke stabilizované léčbě risperidonem u schizofrenních nemocných. Analýza je součastí zpracování dat dvojitě slepé randomizované studie 'Donepezil as an adjunctive treatment of cognitive dysfunction in schizophrenia'. Kognitivní výkon negativně koreloval s délkou oenmocnění s věkem, negativní symptomatikou a s počtem hospitalizací. Pozitivní korelace byla nalezena pro délku vzdělání. Nenalezli jsme demografické nebo psychopatologické charakteristiky, které by byly spojeny s odpovědí na podání donepezilu.
