Changes of cholinesterase (Ache) activities in the hypophysis and brain (frontal cortex, hippocampus, medial septum and basal ganglia) as well as in the plasma and liver following galanthamine administration were studied in rats pretreated with L-carnitine. Following galanthamine administration the Ache activities decreased in the tissues. Pretreatment with L-carnitine showed higher Ache inhibition, statistically significant difference was observed in hippocampus, only

Změny aktivity cholinesterasy v plasmě a některých tkáních po podání L-carnitinu a galantaminu krysám

Czech description

Sledovali jsme změny aktivity cholinesteras v hypofyze a různých částech mozkové tkáně, v jaterní tkáni a v plasmě po podání galantaminu u krys a u krys s předchozím podání L-karnitinu. Podání galantaminu vede k poklesu aktivity Ache v tkáních, ne však vplasmě. Předchozí podání L-carnitinu zvýší inhibiční účinek galantaminu, signifikantní rozdíl jsme nalezli v hipokampu.
