Výsledek působení galantaminu na aktivitu acetylcholinesterázy a butyrylcholinesterázy ve vybraných částech mozku a periferních tkáních v přítomnosti L-karnitinu
Czech description
Po podání vyšších dávek galanthaminu poklesla aktivita acetylcholinesterázy u potkanů zejména v oblasti frontální kůry, hippokampu, a hypofýzy. Podání L-karnitinu zesilovalo inhibici acetylcholinesterázy
