Iron chelation-afforded cardioprotection against chronic anthracycline cardiotoxicity: A study of salicylaldehyde isonicotinoyl hydrazone (SIH)
Original language description
In this study, it was revealed that iron chelator SIH has no potential to blunt anticancer efficacy of anthracyclines and it is able to afford significant cardioprotection against chronic anthracycline cardiotoxicity in rabbits. However, it was revealedthat it shares the same paradox dose-dependency with other aroylhydrazones.
Czech name
Kardioprotekce proti chronické antracyklinové kardiotoxicitě pomocí chelatace železa: studium salicyladehyd isonikotinoyl hydrazonu
