Podocin mutations (NPHS2 gene) are mostly responsible for steroid-resistant nephrotic syndrome (SRNS). We report partial effect of plasmapheresis with clinical improvement lasting for three years in patient with SRNS due to combined heterozygous form oftwo NPHS2 gene mutations.
