Chemical decellularization: a promising approach for preparation of extracellular matrix
Original language description
This review briefly describes preparation of extracellular matrix (ECM), which seems to be desirable biomaterial for tissue engineering or regenerative medicine. The article summarizes ECM characteristics, decellularization as a promising tool for preparation of this biomaterial, chemical decellularization methods and evaluate cell elimination efficiency from tissue.
