Original language description

The study deals with an analysis of burnout, especially the causes of its origin and the negative impacts on human personality. Particular attention will be paid to both research into the subject and the analysis and interpretation of the phenomenon of burnout as a specific form of destruction of the human psyche. The aim of the study is to capture the phenomenon of burnout in the general definition, as well as in a narrower sense, with an emphasis on the profession of university teachers.
