The story of "concurrent performance of functions" in Czech law
Original language description
The article deals with an analysis of the recent case law of the EU Court of Justice, according to which, under certain conditions, a member of an elected body of a company may be granted the same benefits (same protection in case of an insolvency) as an employee of the company. The article discusses to what extent the issue of the so-called concurrence of functions, known in Czech law, is reflected in the conclusions of the CJEU.
