Innovation is very important for managers as well as for businessmen. It's phenomena in the recent years and many companies aim to implement innovation to the business. Managers and businessmen use make product and service innovation as well as process innovation. But not every innovation is successful. The problem is which methods for measurement of innovation should managers to use. And managers have not sufficient theoretical background. The article deals with innovation's measurements. There are divided into groups according to the main field of entrepreneurial activity. In section discussion is it possible to find the most important and the most used metrics and other indicators of successful innovation in organization. Main aim of this article isfinding which group of metrics are used to measure effectiveness of realized innovations and in which way.
