The multistep-synthesis of new disaccharides has been achieved. The compounds consist of ?-C(1-3) linked 2-deoxyhexopyranoses units. The crystal structure of a disaccharide were determined using X-ray diffraction.

Stereochemicky řízený přístup k ?-C(1-3) spojeným disacharidům obsahujícím 2-deoxyhehopyranosy.
Czech description
Vícestupňovou syntézou byly připraveny nové disacharidy, které obsahují ?-C(1-3) spojené 2-deoxyhexopyranosové jednotky. Struktura byla potvrzena rentgenovou difrakcí.
