Characterization of [3H]-forskolin binding sites in young and adult rat brain cortex: identification of suramin as a competitive inhibitor of [3H]-forskolin binding.
Original language description
We detect high-affinity as well as super-high-affinity binding sites for [3H]-forskolin in cortex from young and adult rats; binding pamaters of these sites differed in both tested age groups; suramin affects as competitive inhibitor of forskolin binding
Czech name
Charakterizace vazebných míst [3H]-forskolinu v mozkové kůře mladých a dospělých potkanů: identifikace suraminu jakožto kompetitivního inhibitoru vazby [3H]-forskolinu.
