    Inclusive education is one of the two options available to pupils with special educational needs. Education in mainstream schools is provided with the use of support measures. However, inclusion also has its pitfalls - in terms of communication and social interaction. The position of the pupil with a hearing impairment and other possible difficulties are addressed in the author&apos;s research.
