The current study comprising the patients with no or very slow insidious progression showed,on average, mno significant change in mJOA score, and 10 m-timed walk within both groups during the 2-year of follow up.In the surgery group decereased slighlty the score of daily acitivities and subjective evaluation. The presence of presurgical isolated segmental N13 abnoramlity of the median nerve SEPs predicted more a favourable short-term postsurgical clinical outcome in a restricted group of SCM patients.
