    A simple device, which is based on classical stereotactic methods of operations, offer the opportunity of mastering minimally invasive procerures in neurosurgery and neurotraumatology. It is an immediate help in the evacuation of intracerebral hematomas,spontaneous and traumatic, and in stereobiopsies, which are the most common in clinical practice without the necessity of total anesthesia, craniotomy and access approach through the brain tissue. The reliability of SOP was postively and independently tested by three operators. The device was registered for using in health service.
