Backround:The good function and fyziological anatomical structure of Eustachien Tube (ET) is the necessary for no problems function of middle ear. Patological function of ET is most often reason for patology in the middle ear- OME,OMA, OMR. Methods: We investigated in the year 2001 middle ear and ET with flexible microendosopy 52 patient with chronic middle ear patology ( OME, OMCH, OMR). The Micro-Otoscope Explorent 1,2mm outer diametr was used. Results: The transtympanic approach was used by 39 patients throught ventilation tube or throught tympanotomy. Transmastoideal approach was used by 13 patients by surgical treatment with retroauriculary approach. By 11 patients was used transtubal approach by epipharyngoscopy. Conclusions: The results of mucosa histology and technic of insertion of Micro-Otoscope is disscussed. This work was supported by grant IGF 8/2000 from University Hospital Brno.
