Original language description
The purpose of this experimental study was to evaluate the effect of magnesium sulphate on vasospasm provoked by surgical manipulation (axial tension) on the flap pedicle. Forty male Wistar rats were used, vasospasm was provoked by pulling the groin flappedicle.
