The relationship between the spectral-peak frequency in the range of frequencies between 60 and 120 mHz in cross-spectra of blood pressure and heart rate fluctuations and baroreflex sensitivity in young diabetics and healthy controls.
Original language description
The aim of the present study was investigation of the relationship between f and baroreflex sensitivity (BRS) in young diabetics and age-matched controls. Our study revealed a positive correlation between BRS and the frequency of the spectral peak in thecross-spectra of systolic blood pressure and heart rate fluctuations in the range of frequencies between 60 and 120 mHz in both young diabetics and age-matched healthy controls.
