The study joins the research topics of health psychology, positive psychology, and sports psychology. The aim of the study is to explore the interrelations of the Flow experience, well-being and motivation in recreational athletes, the clients of indoorcycling program Spinning. The research sample consists of 101 respondents of two national groups, Czech and Slovak clients of Spinning program. Methods used included FSS questionnaire (Jackson, Marsh, 1996), QAM (Pardel et al., 1987), Happiness Measures(Fordyce, 1988), modified QSDI (Mainhard et al., 2009) and The Scale of Subjective Feelings of Fatigue (Grandjean, 1968). Results revealed significant correlations between specific Flow dimensions and the level of achievement motivation and its subscales. In Czech sample the Achievement motivation correlates with Flow dimensions ?Clear Goals? (r = 0.39, p < 0.01), ?Transformation of Time? (r = 0.27, p < 0.05) and ?Action-Awareness Merging?
