    Elections without words

  • Original language description

During the election campaigns politicians apply a lot of different language strategies used in political marketing. One of the types of election propaganda ? billboards ? enables them to express political opinion and aim mostly without words. My effort is to show how Bulgarian politicians used these methods during the election campaign in 2013, compare them with Czech billboards from 2013 and decode their meaning.
