The chapter presents the results of archaeological and geophysical research conducted at the site of the former Nazi prison camp at Nová Role (Konzentrationslager Neurohlau) in western Bohemia. The camp was established in December 1942 as a subcamp of KZ Flossenbürg and served primarily as a source of forced labour for the nearby Bohemia porcelain factory. The camp held mainly female prisoners of various nationalities and remained in operation until April 1945. The research combined non-invasive geophysical prospection with targeted archaeological excavation to identify and document the remains of the camp infrastructure. Ground-penetrating radar survey enabled the detection of subsurface structures such as building foundations and other features related to the camp. These results guided subsequent archaeological investigations, which provided further insights into the spatial organisation and preservation of the camp remains.
