Implementation of International Conventions concerning Employment of Persons with Disabilities in the Czech Republic
Original language description
The article deals with international standards concerning protection of persons with disabilities in employment ratified by the Czech Republic. It is divided into three main chapters. First instruments adopted by the International Labour Organisation asuniversal international organisation dealing with labour law and social security standards at international level are analysed. Then, documents adopted within the framework of the United Nations in the field of rights of people with disabilities in employments are discussed. The last chapter is dedicated to instruments concerning protection of disabled with respect to employment adopted by the Council of Europe. Implementation of all mentioned rules into the Czech law is discussed in more details.
