    The chapter deals with the telework which is one of the atypical forms of work. It aims at legal framework of telework in the EU that is the Framework Agreement on Telework concluded by UNICE, CEEP a ETUC. Working conditions of teleworkers such as healthand safety at work, respect of privacy, protection of personal data and right to equal treatment are analysed.
