    Properties of nucleases immobilized on hydrophilic polymer particles

  • Original language description

    DNaseI immobilized on two hydrophilic supports in the form of microspheres, magnetic cellulose and magnetic poly(HEMA-co-EDMA) was used.Activity of immobilized DNaseI was estimated spectrophotometrically and confirmed by agarose gel electrophores. Effetof DNaseI activated with different metal ions on hydrolysis of both chromosomal and plasmid DNA was studied.
