Original language description
We iniciate here a systematic equational classification of semilattice-ordered semigroups. We start with various examples. Then we consider semilattice-ordered semigroups satisfying the identity x^r=x. Finally, we reduce the classification to finding certain operators on relatively free semigroups.

Czech description
Iniciujeme systematickou ekvacionální klasifikaci polosvazově uspořádaných pologrup. Dále uvažujeme polosvazově uspořádané pologrupy splňující x^r=x. Konečně redukujeme jejich klasifikaci na hledání jistých operátorů na relativně volných pologrupách.
