Reaktivace proteinu p53 pomocí Amifostinu - experimentální studie v kvasinkovém expresním systému
Original language description
We studied the effects of amifostine on transactivation of 22 temperature-dependent mutants of p53 in Saccharomyces cerevisiae using the p53-specific reporter systems (p21, bax and RGC). The results suggest that conformation of the p53 protein is flexible and function of p53 can be re-activated by small molecules typified by amifostine.
