Kinetic characterization of cytochrome P450 2C9 hydroxylation of diclofenac by capillary electrophoresis ? mass spectrometry
Original language description
Subject of this contribution is application of capillary electrophoresis ? mass spectrometry for kinetic characterization of cytochrome P450 2C9 hydroxylation of diclofenac. In this study enzymatic reaction was took place inside the capillary, resultingcompounds were detected by MS. Mixing of reaction components in capillary was based on the general principle of diffusion.
