Original language description
The paper deals with advanced processing of voltammetric data. To obtain more onformation from the measured voltammograms, accurate kinetic and improved analytical parameters including limits of detection, the advanced elimination voltammetric procedure (EVP) is presented. The appliacation of EVP, together with its advantages is demonstrated on reduction and oxidation voltammetric peaks of oligonucleotides.
