Comparison of gene expression profiling between amplified clinical samples using cDNA microarrays
Original language description
Comparison of gene expression profiles obtained using microarrays technology applied to clinical samples ranks among current issues especially if amplification is needed for obtaining a sufficient amount of input RNA. We have designed a protocol for (i)convenient isolation of pure RNA from a small amount of cells, (ii) precise RNA amplification and (iii) determination of obtained microarray data. Pulmonary cells represented the clinical samples of given characteristic in our study.
