Original language description

The present contribution presents the e-learning support for two linguistics courses - Functional and communicative syntax and Pragmatics - offered by the Department of English Language and Literature, Faculty of Education, Masaryk University in Brno, Czech Republic, which are based on the LMS Moodle. The courses combine deductive and inductive approaches to teaching and try to show how the interactive Moodle environment can foster the communicative approach to language teaching.
