Bank financing is financing part of most companies and bring them many benefits. Most companies are in the planning process and prepare financial plans, which on the basis of corporate strategy set out the requirements for funding. These plans need to pinpoint specific needs in terms of type, size and maturity of the instruments required, depending on the expected cash flows. Significant attention is paid to the Cash Pooling as the most important component Cash Management, which has a particular impacton the economy as banks and their clients. Attention, which is application Cash Management and Cash Pooling paid is reflected in the proposed model for assessing the suitability of clients for their application.
