The course is focused on introduction of new application for reporting mainly large scale proteomic data generated by the Proteomic Core Facility (CF). The main application’s utilities will be presented from the perspective of the user who gets the reports from the Proteomic CF as well as more advanced features to use the tool for e.g., own data mapping onto the data provided by the CF and your own data visualization.
