Effect of Substrate Characteristics in Photoacoustics Study of Printed Samples
Original language description
The aim of the study was to examine relation between photoacoustic responses of samples printed on substrates with different characteristics with respect to optical properties of samples. Both for samples printed by conventional offset print and non-impact ink-jet print (i.e. by printing techniques based on diverse principles) the intensity of photoacoustic signal decreases with density of the substrate. Graphic representation of relation between photoacoustic response and optical density of the samplesreflects character of individual substrates.
