In vitro Inhibition of Cholinesterases by Carbamates ? A Kinetic Study
Original language description
Kinetics and mechanism of inhibition of in vitro hydrolyses of acetylcholine and acetylthiocholine by carbamates were studied in a batch reactor at 25 oC, pH 8 and ionic strength of 0.11 M. Every hydrolysis was monitored by 3 ? 4 independent methods. Allstudied hydrolyses can be described by the model competitive inhibition with an irreversible step (k3). A table of obtained average values of rate constants and discussion of the results are presented.

In-vitro inhibice cholinesterasy pomocí karbamátů - Kinetická studie
Czech description
Byly studovány kinetika a mechanizmus inhibice in vitro hydrolýz acetylcholinu a acetylthiocholinu ve vsádkovém reaktoru při 25 oC, pH 8 aiontové síle 0.11 M. Každá hydrolýza byla sledována 3 ? 4 nezávislými metodami. Všechny studované hydrolýzy mohou být popsány modelem kompetitivní inhibice s nevratným krokem (k3). Jsou uvedeny tabulka průměrných hodnot rychlostních konstant a diskuse výsledků.
