    This paper presents the results of relationships of glass transition temperatures and diffusion behaviour with respect to anticorrosive protection of binders. Diffusion in polymer solutions has been by various techniques such as membrane permeation, fluorescence and gravimetric methods etc. This study has led a better knowledge on polymer morphology, transport phenomena and polymer melt. Absorption of water vapour in four type of alkyd resin was studied by gravimetric methods. The absorption kinetics curves were Fictian in nature when relative humidity is 50%. The average diffusion coefficient D was calculated. The corrosion resistance of binders was measured by accelerated corrosion tests, which were done in two different condensation chambers containing SO2 or water steam + neutral salt spray The glass transition temperature Tg of binders was measured by dynamic mechanical analysis (DMA).

    V příspěvku jsou prezentovány výsledky výzkumu, který se zabýcvá vztahem mezi teplotou skelného přechodu pojiva a difuzí s ohledem na jeho antikorozní odolnost. Difuze v polymeru byla měřena různými technikami jako membránivová permeace, fluoroscence a gravimetrie. Studie dává přehled o morfologii polymerů, transporních jevech a tání polymerů. Absorbce vody na alkydových filmech byla měřena gravimetricky. Byl stanovován střední difuzní koeficient. Antikorozní odolnost byla mstanovována pomocí urychlených korozních testů v solné mlze a kondenzace vlhkosti s obsahem SO2. Teplota skelného přechodu byla měřena technikou DMA.
