Original language description
Two vinyltin(IV) compounds containing C,N-chelating ligand were prepared and their structure was investigated by NMR spectroscopy in solution and one of them by X-ray diffraction techniques in the solid state. The tin atom of {2-[(CH3)(2)NCH2]C6H4}(CH=CH2)(2)SnCl in the solid state, as well as the structure of both compounds in solution, is five-coordinated with organic groups in the equatorial and chlorine and intramolecularly coordinated amino group in axial positions.
