    The influence of formulation of selected monomers and oligomer on ink and cured layer properties was investigated in this work. The experimental plan consists of 13 testing inks. Inks contain pigment preparation, selected photoinitiators and variable amounts of monomers and oligomer. Low viscosity acrylate materials, including monofunctional isobornyl acrylate, difunctional dipropylene glycol diacrylate and propoxylated neopentyl glycol diacrylate and hyperbranched polyesteracrylate oligomer were selected. The properties and performance of testing inks were characterized by viscosity, surface tension and conversion degree measurements and by adhesion, scratch resistance and surface cure tests of cured film and by print tests. The testing printing machine was equipped with Xaar XJ512/40 piezzo drop-on-demand printing head.
