Original language description
The paper deals with anticorrosion aspects of lamellar silicates in zinc pigmented coatings. The value of PVC, morphology and particle size distribution of metal zinc affect the electrochemical mechanism in the coating. The lamellar particle shapes of calcined kaolin or muscovite affect the value of optimum volume concentration especially the adhesion-barrier and anticorrosive properties by synergic effect with zinc powder particles in organic coating.
