    The aim of this work was conjugation of quantum dots (QDs) with IgG antibody molecules fixed through antigen bound on solid phase subsequent elution of resulting conjugate. Antibody labeled with QDs can be applied for amplification of signal detected byelectrochemical biosensor in routine screening of different clinically important substances such as tumor markers.
