Original language description
In development of immunoassays for biomarkers of such diseases, the availability of secondary antibodies conjugated with suitable label which could be utilized for highly sensitive electrochemical detection is limited. We established efficient in-house labelling procedure for conjugation of antibodies with CdSe/ZnS quantum dots (QDs) based on antigen modified magnetic microparticles serving as a solid anchor. QLISA based immunosensors achieve higher sensitivity comparing to ELISA based biosensors. Alsoin case of labelling of antibodies with alkaline phosphatase (ALP) we present a simple verification of labelling protocol efficiency based on electrochemical detection.
