Modern Experimental Techniques and Diagnostics for Energetic Materials - The nineteenth Seminar NTREM 2016 on new trends in research of energetic materials was a world meeting of young people and university teachers working in the fields of teaching, research, development, processing, analyzing and application of all kinds of energetic materials. Papers did not only describe research work, but demonstrated also awareness of the context and background for the Research. This meeting had covering topic "Modern experimental techniques and diagnostics for energetic materials". In the two-part anthology 127 papers are published, from them 31 were presented as lectures and 79 as posters, rest of them was only published in Proceedings. Besides of the covering topic, papers deal with synthesis of new energetic materials (EMs), mainly powerful and high nitrogen, with the theoretical (numerical) methods of predictions of the EMs properties, with their stability, with some problems of Physics of Explosion, and a mention is there also about application of REACH European Regulation in EMs.
