Information systems should support decision making and productivity of their users. To do this, they must be of a high level of a quality, otherwise users are not able to use them and work efficiently. This paper describes a case study - evaluation of aquality of a Web-based intranet GIS application of a municipal authority. The whole evaluation process and results are described. In the end, obtained results and lessons learned from the evaluation are commented.
