Original language description
A modern company of the 21st century is a company that takes use of information and knowledge of its employees. Information technologies play an important role in the knowledge management. The orientation in the issue of enterprise social networking is not easy and there is currently a lack of scientific research on the topic. The aim of this paper is to analyze and compare the main performed researches/studies focused on corporate social networks with the aspect of the knowledge management. The methodology of this paper is based on a comparative qualitative research, empirical generalization and interpretation of made results of surveys / studies. Further the issue of finding a comprehensive methodology will be discussed and a vision for the future research direction will be outlined.
