This article deals with the possibility of crises and their impact on the environment in industrially important region Czech Republic - Pardubice Region. Crisis in this paper is due to the exceptional event that is caused by external and deliberate act -a terrorist attack. Extremism and terrorism has become a major threat to modern history, which can be divided into a number of forms. One of them is eco-terrorism, which is a relatively new phenomenon that has penetrated into the Czech Republic in the early nineties and which is globally associated with attacks on industrial facilities. The aim of this article is an introduction to the analysis of potential environmental impacts in Pardubice town and its surroundings after a crisis event caused by a terrorist attack.
