Original language description
This article is focused on universal postal service in liberalized postal market. There are significant aspects for ensuring of its successful function and provision. Price of universal postal services must be cost oriented, it means that it comprises effectively and functionally rightful costs and proportionate profit. Postal licence holder can expect value added tax exemption of universal postal services within the licence. Price regulation will be applied only in case, when cost oriented price will not comply with price availability. Restructuring of universal service provider network means certain change of customer service form by partners, motorized delivery etc. and these new ways of their provision, especially by franchise, can even improve current availability situation.
